We are looking for school classes for a new exhibition project.

Do your students want to help create a new exhibition about fat and its amazing functions in the body?

Medical Museion is inviting school classes to take part in two creative and knowledge-based workshops, where students will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a brand-new exhibition. The theme is fat, a subject surrounded by many myths and opinions. However, some researchers actually describe adipose tissue as the body’s most beautiful organ, and science shows that we simply cannot live without it.

We are looking for classes from 4th grade to upper secondary level (1.g).

The workshops will take place before the summer holidays, and classes must therefore be able to visit the museum on two days in April, May, or June. In addition, there will be small assignments that students will work on at school in connection with and between the museum visits (approximately two lessons in duration).

The finished exhibition will open in autumn 2026.

The project is developed in collaboration with the National Center for Obesity and is supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation as part of “Børnevægt i Balance.”
