Join curator Pernille Lystlund Matzen and stem cell researcher Martti Maimets from reNEW for a special guided tour of the exhibition LIQUID BODIES at Medicinsk Museion and Politikens Forhal. Together, we explore the world of stem cells across art, science, and history.
Along the way, we encounter Dolly the sheep, an interactive artwork about organoids, the so-called “artificial heart,” and an artwork in the form of a biological doppelgänger.
The tour begins at Medicinsk Museion, where participants meet at the ticket office at Bredgade 62. After the first part of the tour, we travel by bike and metro from Marmorkirken to Rådhuspladsen, where the tour continues at Politikens Forhal.
The other exhibitions at Medicinsk Museion are open to visitors until the tour starts.
Price:

Free for staff and students at the University of Copenhagen.
