Cosy courtyard cafe
Come by our cosy courtyard café. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee, home-baked cake, sandwiches and ice cream. In Medical Museion’s courtyard hides a quiet green oasis – entrance via the gate on Bredgade 62 and visiting the café does not require a ticket to the museum.

Free introductions to the museum
Our skilled guides are ready to give short introductions to the museum and our exhibitions. Over the summer, we increased the number of introductions – in both Danish and English.

Open Study Collection during the summer holidays
During the summer holidays, curious children and adults can get up close to our popular Study Collection. Touch and feel a denture, a hip prosthesis and surgical instruments. Our guides will tell about the Study Collection’s various objects and how they were used.
Open every day at 13-15 from 27 June to 13 August. Free when admission is paid.

Play detective at the museum
Children and families can try our treasure hunt, where the task is to find a number of objects in the museum. Flashlight and a treasure map will be handed out at the reception.
