Martin Gerster Johansen comes from a position as head of exhibitions at the newly opened ENIGMA – Museum for Communication. He was a key figure in the museum’s transformation from Post & Tele Museum in Købmagergade to the new ENIGMA on Østerbro in Copenhagen.

Congratulations to Kristin Hussey whose book Imperial Bodies in London. Empire, Mobility, and the Making of British Medicine, 1880-1914 (University of Pittsburgh Press, 2021) has been announced as this year’s winner of the Whitfield Book Prize.

HEUNICKES SMITTEKURVE

Sundhedsminister Magnus Heunicke besøgte i sidste uge Medicinsk Museion. Her overleverede han sin grafik med den røde og grønne kurve til museets samling. Siden udbruddet af Corona har Medicinsk Museion samlet relevante objekter og historier ind. Nu bliver den velkendte graf en del af historien og gemt til eftertiden.
