I forbindelse med udstillingen Sproghospitalet har Medicinsk Museion bidraget med en række genstande.
Derudover har jeg skrevet en artikel om præsten Ivan Illichs tekst Limits to Medicine – Medical Nemesis fra 1975. Illich er måske kontroversiel, men han får os til at tænke over, hvad det medicinske sprog gør ved os.

Velkommen til en ny podcast-serie! Tuberkulose, pest og kopper – epidemier har hærget siden civilisationens begyndelse. Så meget, at de har formet vores kultur og vores samfund – de er en vigtig brik af vores fælles historie. Podcast-serien ’Død og Diagnose’ sætter fokus på danskernes overlevelsesstrategier i kampen mod de livstruende epidemier. For svære sygdomme giver fremdrift i behandlingerne, og lægevidenskaben bygger netop på den modstandskamp, mennesket gennem historien har ført mod bakterier og vira.
